  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1/2 pt. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Bring almost to boiling.

    Add half and half, milk, salt and pepper.

    Cook until oysters begin to curl.
