- 1 pt. fresh oysters
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in small saucepan.

2Add oysters (with liquor); cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl.

3In another saucepan, heat milk and cream.

4Stir in salt, pepper and oysters. Makes 4 servings (1 cup each).
