- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 pt. oysters with liquid
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- chopped, fresh parsley
Directions

1Heat cream in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.

2Add potatoes and oysters with liquid.

3Cook over low heat 3 to 6 minutes or until oysters float to top.

4Add butter.

5Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Continue simmering until butter melts.

7Remove from heat.

8Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

9Serve at once.
