- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters
- salt and pepper to taste

1Heat milk and butter slowly on low heat.

2Add salt and pepper. When milk is scalded, add oysters with juice and continue to simmer 10 minutes.

3Serve with crackers.
