- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- 14-12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 12 teaspoon basil, crushed
- 12 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 8 ounces pasta
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet, add wine and spices.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

3Wash shrimp and pat dry.

4Add shrimp to skillet and cook until shrimp is pink.

5Sprinkle with parsley.

6Serve on rice or pasta,

7Cook 8 ounces of pasta, spaghetti or noodles of your choice according to package directions.

8I like to mix my pasta into the saucepan with the sauce instead of adding the sauce and shrimp over the top.
