- 1 doz. oysters
- several Tbsp. butter
- several chopped cloves garlic
- 2 chopped stalks shallots
- 1 (16 oz.) can spinach or 1 box thawed frozen spinach
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- black pepper to taste
- several Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- few drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Wash and open the oysters; set aside oysters in shell (discard top shell).

2Saute in the butter the garlic cloves and shallots. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, black pepper, Parmesan cheese and Tabasco sauce to frying pan.

3Mix together; saute for several minute.

4Stuff cooled mixture onto each oyster in the shell.

5Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
