- 1 qt. oysters
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 c. celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook chopped celery 10 minutes in boiling salted water; drain and set aside.

2Make cream sauce of butter, flour, milk and seasonings.

3Cook and stir constantly until very thick.

4Add celery and eggs to cream sauce.

5Place oysters in baking dish. Top with sauce.

6Cover with crumbled toast crumbs; dot with butter.

7Cook for 20 minutes at 375°.
