- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
- 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 3/4 c. Kraft real mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded 100% natural Kraft mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Stir in rice and salmon.

3Add combined mayonnaise and egg; mix lightly.

4Layer half the salmon mixture, Parmesan cheese and broccoli in 1-quart casserole; cover with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.

5Repeat layers, ending with broccoli. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.

7Continue baking until cheese is melted.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
