  • 1/2 lb chicken
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb bean sprouts and/or green onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c garlic
  • 6 oz firm tofu or shrimp
  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c fish sauce
  • 2 T palm sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T black soy sauce
  • Chopped peanuts, lime wedges
