- 6 oz firm tofu or shrimp
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c oyster sauce
- 1/4 c fish sauce
- 2 T palm sugar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T black soy sauce
- Chopped peanuts, lime wedges
