  • 1 lb. chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into small pieces
  • 2 Spanish sausages (chorizo), cut into small pieces
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 2 envelope Sazan Goya
  • 8 c. broth
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 doz. clams
  • 1 doz. mussels
  • 4 c. rice (Caniela Durodo)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 2 red peppers (to garnish)

    Boil the clams and mussels until they open. Clean the shrimp and boil to make the broth. Add more water if necessary to make 8 cups.
