  • 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. ground fennel
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg

  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 thin red onion slices

    Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.

    Mix chicken, cracker crumbs, shredded cheese, seasonings and egg until well blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
