- 1 red pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 white onion
- 1 saffron
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1 turmeric
- 1 paprika
- 3 oz bone broth
- 1 cauliflower head
- 2 garlic
Directions

1Use a food processor to make the cauliflower rice

2In a pot pan, boiled the cauliflower rice with the bone broth until soft

3In a paella pan or frying pan, sautee the garlic and the onion until the onion is transparent
