  • 3-3/4 cups Bob Red Mill's Paleo Baking Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 cups Coconut Oil, Melted And Cooled
  • 1/3 cups Water

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture in a loaf pan (I used 8X4 sized pan), the smaller the better with this amount of mixture.

    Bake for 20-30 minutes (it took me 30 minutes to bake thoroughly as I am in higher elevation). Around the 20-minute mark, poke a knife throughout the bread to see if it's been cooked thoroughly. If raw mixture sticks to the knife, it's not ready yet.

    Remove from oven when complete and allow to cool.
