- 3 ounces deli chicken, torn
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 3 large strawberries

- 1 glass white wine

1On a luncheon plate place salad greens, top with torn chicken cold cuts and sliced egg, gently mix, grind pepper over.

2Place sliced kiwi around edge of plate; place strawberries around other side edge of plate.
