  • 1 loaf round rustic bread, top sliced off and reserved, insides removed
  • 2.5 oz salami
  • 1/2 (13.5 oz) can red peppers, drained, patted dry
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz pitted green olives
  • 8 None sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 7 oz sliced ham
  • 2.5 oz sliced chorizo sausage
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • None None tomato and avocado salad, to serve

Directions

    Fill bread cavity with salami, red peppers and basil. Press down gently then top with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Press down again. Add ham, chorizo and mozzarella cheese. Press down. Place lid back on and secure with toothpicks. Chill for 1 hour then cut into 6 wedges.

    Serve with tomato and avocado salad.
