Pan De Jamon(Ham Bread)

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm milk
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 6 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 pkg. sliced sandwich ham
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. olives, chopped
Directions

1Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.

2In a separate container, mix yeast, sugar and warm milk.

3Let it stand for 10 minutes.

4Add the corn oil to the liquid mixture.

5Mix, then add the flour mixture.

6Stir well and knead until smooth.

7On a floured surface, roll the dough to a rectangular shape (as in making a jelly roll).

8Place the ham, raisins and olives over the dough, then roll like a jelly roll.

9Let rise 30 minutes.

10Bake in 400°

11oven until golden brown.

12Slice and serve.
