Pan Fried Cauliflower

  • 20 oz steam fresh cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Directions

    Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper

    Add cauliflower and toss well.

    Add grated parmigiano reggiano and coat well.

    Heat oil in a pan and pan fry cauliflower.

    Turning occasionally until golden on all sides.

    3 minutes per batch.

    Transfer to paper towels and drain.

    Add fresh parsley and a bit of grated cheese and serve.
