- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 small piece Ginger (grated)
- 1 small piece Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 Vegetable oil
