- 1 lb. ham steaks, 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 c. thick cream or evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 tsp. butter
Directions

1Pound steaks thoroughly with sharp edged meat pounder.

3Dip steaks into cream and dredge in flour. Brown one side in hot butter.
