Pan-fried Wiener Sausages (Recipe No. 3 with my secret sauce)

- 125 grams Wieners or frankfurters
- 2 tbsp Secret Sauce
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut shallow slits into the wieners so that the sauce can coat them well.

2Slowly pan-fry over low heat until they are cooked through to the center.

3Slowly pan-frying the wieners (frankfurters) will cause them to release a lot of grease.

4Since it will spatter, wipe it away with a paper towel.

5Pour in the Secret Sauceand increase the heat to high, and coat the wieners in the sauce.

6Since they tend to burn easily, be careful.

7Allow the sauce to seep into the wieners with the residual heat, and they're done.

8[Note:] You can also use store-bought yakiniku sauce!
