- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 tablespoon potato starch flour
Directions

1Beat together yolks and flour until yellow and creamy.

2Fold in whites.

3Fold in chocolate.

4Sift flours together and fold them in with other mixture.

5Butter and sugar an 8 inch square pan.

6Pour in batter, bake at 375F (190C) for 35 minutes.
