Ingredients

  • 450 ml milk
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 20 grams gelatin powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk, for the gelatin
  • 1 any flavoured syrup, for toping

Directions

    Warm up milk, sour cream, vanilla & sugar to medium heat.

    When it's warm enough, about 10 minutes, dissolve gelatin in hot milk, add in the mixure and stir well.

    Put in bowls or in a different shape form and put it to the fridge to cool.

    When you're ready to serve, add syrup on top.
