- 450 ml milk
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 20 grams gelatin powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 cup warm milk, for the gelatin
- 1 any flavoured syrup, for toping
Directions

1Warm up milk, sour cream, vanilla & sugar to medium heat.

2When it's warm enough, about 10 minutes, dissolve gelatin in hot milk, add in the mixure and stir well.

3Put in bowls or in a different shape form and put it to the fridge to cool.

4When you're ready to serve, add syrup on top.
