- 2 Eggs
- 50 grams Sugar
- 70 grams Butter (melted)
Directions

1Put the melted butter, sugar and eggs into a bowl and mix well.

2Add the pancake mix.

4Pour into madeleine cups (about 70% full.)

5Bake in a 170C oven for 25 minutes.

6They'll be nice and puffy when done.
