- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-3/4 cup Milk
- 1/3 cups Oil
- 2 whole Eggs, Separated
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl. In separate bowl, combine milk, oil and slightly beaten egg yolks, stirring to mix well. Add dry ingredients to the wet all at once and beat until smooth.

2Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into the batter.

3Cook up the pancakes on your griddle with or without a slathering of butter and enjoy the goodness.
