- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon liquid margarine
Directions

1Grease a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of liquid margarine.

2In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

3Mix the egg with the milk, and add to the dry ingredients.

4Stir until mixture is creamy and lump-free. Only then, add liquid margarine.

5Heat the greased pan, and pour, right in the center, the amount of batter needed for the desired size of pancakes.

6When the batter starts to create bubbles and rise, turn over with a spatula.

7Let rise, and brown. Remove from pan.

8Repeat until all the batter has been used.

9Garnish to taste, and serve.
