- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced red pepper
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Shred cabbage and sprinkle with salt.

2Let stand for 2 hours, covered.

3Squeeze water out of cabbage.

4Boil sugar, vinegar and water and cool.

5Pour over cabbage and add remaining ingredients. Put in container with a lid.

6This will keep well in a refrigerator for a long time.
