1Combine flour, salt & baking powder into a pouring bowl and mix.

2Whisk milk, egg & vanilla extract in separate bowl.

3Slowly pour mix into dry ingredients and whisk together until blended.

4Small lumps are OK.

5Add optional fruit/spice.

6Tastes good without also.

7Pour batter onto medium heat skillet and flip once the top of the batter bubbles.
