  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • strawberries (optional) or blueberries (optional)

Directions

    Combine flour, salt & baking powder into a pouring bowl and mix.

    Whisk milk, egg & vanilla extract in separate bowl.

    Slowly pour mix into dry ingredients and whisk together until blended.

    Small lumps are OK.

    Add optional fruit/spice.

    Tastes good without also.

    Pour batter onto medium heat skillet and flip once the top of the batter bubbles.
