Ingredients

  • 500 grams or 2 cups white refined flour/ all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ghee(a type of refined butter) traditional indian butter.
  • 1/2 cup fresh cow milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar or more as needed

Directions

    In a bowl beat the eggs, add sugar(until dissolved) and ghee(heated for few seconds in a separate utensil).

    Add the flour and mix thoroughly, add milk and mix with a mixture until its nice and smooth.

    Pre-Heat the nonstick pan and pour the batter, using a flat spoon flatten it out, make sure not to pour too much batter, shouldn't be too thick or thin takes about 3-4 minutes, pancake is ready when it has a nice golden brown color.

    Pour the honey syrup on top.

    Serve and enjoy ^^ best with berries, banana, kiwi and other fruits.

    Optional: chocolate chips.
