- 500 grams or 2 cups white refined flour/ all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp ghee(a type of refined butter) traditional indian butter.
- 1/2 cup fresh cow milk
- 3 tbsp sugar or more as needed
Directions

1In a bowl beat the eggs, add sugar(until dissolved) and ghee(heated for few seconds in a separate utensil).

2Add the flour and mix thoroughly, add milk and mix with a mixture until its nice and smooth.

3Pre-Heat the nonstick pan and pour the batter, using a flat spoon flatten it out, make sure not to pour too much batter, shouldn't be too thick or thin takes about 3-4 minutes, pancake is ready when it has a nice golden brown color.

4Pour the honey syrup on top.

5Serve and enjoy ^^ best with berries, banana, kiwi and other fruits.

6Optional: chocolate chips.
