- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Add wet ingredients and mix.

3Batter will have some lumps.

4If it is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency.

5Preheat a nonstick skillet and spray with Pam.

6Use 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake.

7Turn when surface loses it's shine and most bubbles have popped.

8Cook for just about 1 minute on second side before removing.

9Pancakes should be golden to golden brown on both sides.

10Serve with hot maple syrup.
