- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 each eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cup Milk or almond milk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

3Combine wet ingredients.

4Mix.

5Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

6(For thicker pancakes use 1 cup milk.)

7Using 1/4 cup measuring cup.

8Pour into hot pan or griddle.

9(remember to oil griddle or pan first) Wait 2-3 minutes.

10Flip.

11Wait 2-3 minutes.

12Serve.
