Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. shrimp, boiled, cleaned and sliced
- 1 c. pork, boiled or leftover roast, chopped
- 1 c. cabbage, chopped into small strips
- 2 carrots, slivered
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 oz. pancit noodles
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Using a large skillet or frying pan, lightly saute in a small amount of oil the onion and garlic.

2Add the pork and shrimp.

3Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce and 1 cup of water.

4Turn heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes.

5Stir and simmer until carrots are cooked.

6Place noodles on top of mixture and spoon vegetables and broth over noodles.

7You might have to add a little more water if the noodles have not wilted.

8Cover and allow to steam for about 2 minutes.

9Turn out on a platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
