- 1 pkg. rice stick noodles
- 1 c. boneless chicken strips
- 1 c. shrimp
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. green beans, chopped
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 small, chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles; drain.

2Saute with cooking oil the minced garlic, garlic powder and onion.

3Add chicken, shrimp and half of the soy sauce.

4Mix until cooked.

5Add remaining vegetables; cook about 5 minutes.

6Add water and noodles.

7Mix well.

8Serve warm. Serves 8 to 10 persons.
