  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. cream style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. cooked regular rice
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
  • 2 c. commercial sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
