  • 12 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 dash salt

    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixer.

    Sift all the dry ingredients together.

    Fold the dry mixture softly into the wet ingredients.

    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, Bake 425 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
