- 1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/8 tsp. celery powder
- dash of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 heads cabbage, very finely shredded
Directions

1Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil.

2Add spice powders, pepper, lemon juice, half and half and salt.

3Stir until smooth.

4Pour over coleslaw in a large bowl and toss until cabbage is well coated.
