  • 1 half of a papaya
  • 1/2 cup chia pudding
  • 1 teaspoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves

Directions

    Slice a papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Save the other half for later.

    Place chia pudding in the center of the papaya half and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, bee pollen and fresh mint.
