Paradise Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 2/3 c. cut pecans
  • 1 small bottle maraschino cherries
  • 2 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. lemon or orange jello
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.

    Add pineapple juice, drained from can and add juice from cherries.
  3. 3
    Place in refrigerator while other ingredients are prepared.

    Cut pineapple in small pieces and cherries in halves.
  5. 5
    Add marshmallows and chopped pecans.

    When gelatin thickens, whip with rotary beater until fluffy.

    Whip cream and fold into other ingredients.

    Mold as desired.
