- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 150 grams Castor Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Roll out (with pleny of flour) to about 5mm thickness and cut into strips of about 1x7cm.

3Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar bit by bit, all the while beating.

4Add meringue on top and place one by one on a baking dish covered with rice paper 1cm apart
