- 3 to 4 lb. prime rib
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. crushed pepper
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
- 2 crushed bay leaves
Directions

1Combine tenderizer and olive oil.

2With meat in a large bowl, rub this all over and into meat.

3Mix all the herbs and spices together and place on a wax paper.

4Roll meat in this mixture, patting to help it stick to meat.

5Bake 1 3/4 hours until meat thermometer reaches 160° for medium.

6Serve with baked potatoes.
