- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 quart water
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Heat water, seasoned salt, celery salt, white pepper amd chicken in a pot.

2Boil the chicken till done.

3Save the liquid.

4Let chicken cool and cube it into small cubes.

5Put in a blender or food processor.

6Blend adding oil in batches.

7It should be smooth.

8When done mix the cheese, parsley, onion powder, egg, and paprika.

9When mixed well form into small balls.

10If your not going to use right away refrigerate or freeze.

11Five options pan fry, bake in oven, boil, steam, or deep fry.

12Just make sure you get them done since egg is used.
