Parmesan Deviled Eggs

- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions (and tops)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.

2Remove and mash yolks.

3Add onions, mayonnaise, cheese and mustard.

4Mix well.

5Refill egg whites, using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each egg half. Refrigerate eggs until chilled.

6Makes 12 deviled halves.
