Parmesan Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions (and tops)
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

    Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.

    Remove and mash yolks.

    Add onions, mayonnaise, cheese and mustard.

    Mix well.

    Refill egg whites, using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each egg half. Refrigerate eggs until chilled.

    Makes 12 deviled halves.
