Parmesan Fish

  • 1 lb. haddock
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Thaw fish.

    Dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

    Brown both sides in skillet with butter.

    Add a little sauce to the bottom of a glass baking dish.

    Place fish in pan.

    Put a slice of cheese on top of fish, then sprinkle with mushrooms and green peppers.

    Add enough sauce to cover.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
