- 1 lb. haddock
- 1 egg
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Thaw fish.

2Dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

3Brown both sides in skillet with butter.

4Add a little sauce to the bottom of a glass baking dish.

5Place fish in pan.

6Put a slice of cheese on top of fish, then sprinkle with mushrooms and green peppers.

7Add enough sauce to cover.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
