- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 16 ounces, weight Packaged Potato Gnocchi
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Sun-Dried Tomatoes Re-hyrdrated And Minced
- 1/2 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Cook gnocchi according to directions on package.

2Drain and set aside.

3Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter.

4Once melted, add the cream, salt and pepper.

5Stir to combine and bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat.

6Stir frequently while the sauce gently boils and thickens for 3-5 minutes.

7Add the basil and sun-dried tomatoes to the thickened sauce and heat through for 1 minute over low heat.

8Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

9Place the gnoochi on a serving dish and pour the sauce over top.
