- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks, cut into serving size pieces
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine cheese and flour.

2Dip the halibut in the mixture and saute in butter until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

3Remove halibut from frying pan and place on platter.

4Pour pan drippings over fish and sprinkle with parsley.
