  • baking potatoes
  • onion salt
  • celery salt
  • seasoned pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • butter

Directions

    Scrub potatoes, do not peel.

    Slice lengthwise about 1/4-inch thick.

    Put layers of potatoes in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle liberally with onion salt, celery salt, seasoned pepper and Parmesan cheese.

    Dot with butter.

    Repeat layers. Bake at 350° in a covered dish for 1 hour.
