Parmesan Potatoes

  • 6 or 8 Idaho potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • paprika (for color)

    Peel and quarter potatoes. Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all dry ingredients and put in paper sack. Shake potatoes in sack and place on side in melted oleo. Pour remaining dry ingredients from sack over potatoes. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Cook at 350° for approximately 1 hour, uncovered, and do not turn potatoes while cooking.
