- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Peel and quarter the potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.

2Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few pieces at a time in the bag, coating them well.

3In flat uncovered pan, place melted margarine and potatoes.

4Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Turn potatoes after 30 minutes.
