- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

1Cut steak into 6 servings.

2Pound each to 1/2-inch thickness. Combine egg and milk.

3Mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

4Dip steaks into egg mixture.

5Dredge with seasoned crumbs.

6Brown meat in oil.

7Add water.

8Sprinkle oregano on steaks.

9Place 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese on each steak.

10Combine salt and paprika.

11Sprinkle onions with salt mixture; add to meat.
