- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 (12 oz. each) pkg. frozen squash, defrosted or 4 c. fresh, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Place onion and butter in medium bowl.

2Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until onion is tender.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Pour into greased baking ring.

5Microwave at High for 13 to 18 1/2 minutes, or until set (rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes).

6Let stand 8 minutes.

7Loosen edges and invert onto serving dish.

8Serves 6 to 8.
