  • 6 cubes steaks 1 1/2 lbs.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup mashed potato flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce with cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine 1/4 cup cheese with potato flakes.

    Beat eggs with garlic, salt and pepper.

    Dip steak in egg mixture, then into potato flakes.

    Brown in oil.

    Place in baking dish.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Add tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

    Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
