- 6 cubes steaks 1 1/2 lbs.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup mashed potato flakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce with cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine 1/4 cup cheese with potato flakes.

2Beat eggs with garlic, salt and pepper.

3Dip steak in egg mixture, then into potato flakes.

4Brown in oil.

5Place in baking dish.

6Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

7Add tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

8Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
